Studio Statement

At Arch-SoHo, architecture is a socially-inspired, creative idea.

It is an invitation to critically engage with constructs of self, community, culture, and environment. Simultaneously, it's an exploration of architecture's intrinsic qualities -- to either evoke memories and dreams we had forgotten (or never knew existed), or experiment with new spatial, formal, and material possibilities.

This dual perspective reconciles the critical with the intrinsic through a design process termed co-creation, where social hope drives the development of novel solutions that are regionally grounded, experientially resonant, and disciplinary relevant. Architecture isn't a medium, a container, or a reflection; it's the collective imagination of a better future, creatively co-created.
